By accessing or using flkeys.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of flkeys.app after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

flkeys.app provides Florida Keys intelligence including live weather conditions, tide data, AI-powered local recommendations, fish identification, community features, and curated local information. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and current information - Keep your password secure and confidential - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account - Not create accounts for others without their permission We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

flkeys.app offers the following paid plans: - 7-Day Pass — $2.99 one-time payment for 7 days of full access - Monthly — $6.99/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime - Annual — $39.99/year, billed annually Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. The 7-Day Pass is non-refundable after access is granted.

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of flkeys.app includes: - Basic weather and tides - Live conditions map - Community feed (read only) - 3 Fish IDs per day - 2 AI questions per day Free tier limits may change at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

6. AI Features and Accuracy

The Local AI and Fish ID features are powered by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. Do not rely solely on flkeys.app for safety-critical decisions including navigation, weather routing, or fishing regulations. Always verify fishing regulations with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (myfwc.com). We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Community Guidelines

The Speakeasy and community feed are for Florida Keys related discussion. You agree not to post: - Spam, advertising, or promotional content - Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content - Personal information of others without consent - False or misleading information - Content that violates any applicable law We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any user who violates these guidelines without notice or refund.

8. Fish ID Disclaimer

Fish ID is provided for informational purposes only. Always verify species identification and fishing regulations before keeping any fish. Fishing regulations change frequently. We are not responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from reliance on Fish ID results. When in doubt, release the fish.

9. Weather and Conditions Disclaimer

Weather and marine conditions data is sourced from third-party APIs including Open-Meteo, NOAA, and the National Weather Service. This data is for general reference only. Do not use flkeys.app as your sole source for marine safety decisions. Always check official NOAA forecasts and use good judgment on the water. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from reliance on conditions data.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of flkeys.app are owned by flkeys.app. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission. User-generated content (your posts and catches) remains yours. By posting you grant flkeys.app a license to display your content within the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

flkeys.app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of flkeys.app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
